As part of customer management, your data is forwarded to external service providers and stored on a server. All data stored by Tectus is securely stored on a server in the EU. The server complies with the ISO 27001 data security standard.

Secure Payment

Payments are securely processed via the service provider mPay24 (www.mpay24.com).

Right of Withdrawal

You may delete your account or object to data processing at any time free of charge.
Your data will then be blocked and deleted after legal retention periods (up to 10 years).

You may withdraw consent for marketing use at any time.
Your data will then no longer be used for advertising.

Storage, Access, and Correction
